Job summary

Northside Auto in Greer, SC is seeking an Assistant Parts & Recon Manager to keep our vehicle reconditioning operation running smoothly. This role goes beyond a parts counter and involves ordering, organizing, returning parts, and supporting the Recon Manager.

You will work with technicians, vendors, and customers, ensuring accurate parts sourcing, clean parts rooms, and proactive problem-solving to move vehicles efficiently through recon.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles.
• Strong communication skills and professional customer interactions.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Willing to work independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and order automotive parts accurately, verify part numbers and pricing.
• Track parts from order to delivery and handle returns for credit.
• Organize and label parts by vehicle and repair order in the parts room.
• Assist Recon Manager to keep vehicles moving through the reconditioning process.
• Coordinate with vendors, dealerships, and customers as needed.
