Job summary

Vytex Windows is seeking a Service Parts Coordinator for our Laurel, MD facility. The role focuses on accurate quotes, order entry, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely, correct parts fulfillment.

The successful candidate will analyze orders, verify warranty eligibility, and provide expert support for Vytex and ProVia products. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with a track record of accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate service parts quotes by researching orders, product specs, and service requests.
• Review service requests against original orders to determine warranty eligibility and whether replacement parts are chargeable.
• Enter service parts orders with high accuracy within established turnaround times.
• Provide quoting support for ProVia products and other specialty lines.
• Collaborate with Service, Manufacturing and Customer Service to resolve order discrepancies.
• Identify missing service part configurations and coordinate with IT to create new part records.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Vytex products, components and processes.
• Perform additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
