Job summary

Interstate Assembly System's is seeking a First Shift Parts Puller in Marshfield, WI. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, and involves pulling parts, updating inventory, and supporting production with unplanned parts.

You will use an inventory system, assist with cycle counts, and help keep a clean, safe workspace. Candidates should have forklift experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Solid verbal, written and phone communication skills.
• Experience operating heavy trucks and/or equipment.
• Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
• Good record-keeping and organization.
• Experience with forklift is a plus.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and MS Office tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts on scheduled work orders and move inventory accordingly.
• Relieve inventory for production by using the inventory system.
• Drop in parts for production and un-scheduled needs as required.
• Add parts to work orders and correctly relieve inventory.
• Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and location adjustments.
• Measure and cut material to length when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow company policies.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Picking of parts on Scheduled work orders and relieving inventory through our inventory management system.
• Answer will call for drop in parts needed by production and up-fitting that are not scheduled on work orders.
• Adding parts to work orders and correctly relieving inventory.
• Inventory control operations including cycle counting and location adjustments.
• May require measuring and cutting material to length.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and comply with all company policy and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Solid verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
• Working experience in heavy truck and/or equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet timelines.
• Good record keeping and organizational practices.
• Familiarity with Heavy Truck parts a plus.
• Prior experience in warehouse environment and forklift usage.
• Familiarity with RF Scanners a plus.
• Basic computer skills and experience with MS office and Outlook.
• Ability to safely lift loads of up to 75lbs.
