PIVOT POINT INC. in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Full Time 1st Shift Float—Light Assembly & Lower Dock Assistant role. Responsibilities will be combined based on workload.

Candidates must learn to set up pneumatic and hydraulic presses, assemble metal fasteners per blueprints, and move materials safely. A valid forklift driving record and willingness to work overtime are essential.

Qualifications

• Set up pneumatic and hydraulic presses and hand assemble metal fasteners per blueprints and shop orders.
• Read shop orders for dimensions and tolerances.
• Must have a good driving record and forklift experience.
• Experience with material handling or shipping/receiving.
• Sit for long periods and stand to box/move materials; lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing assembly and material handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manually and mechanically assemble pins, lanyards, rings, or other metal parts.
• Operate company truck and/or other material handling equipment to move parts within the facility.
• Operate machines and perform duties in a safe manner.
• Maintain expected production rates.
• Read simple blueprints and QC sheets for product specifications.
• Work well as a team member and also independently.

PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Full Time 1st Shift Float--Light Assembly & Lower Dock Assistant responsibilities combined, based on workload needs.

Full time--1st Shift-- Monday thru Friday 6:30am-3pm, plus overtime as needed.

Qualified individuals must be able to learn to Set up various pneumatic and hydraulic presses and hand assemble metal fastener parts according to blueprint and shop order for dimensions and tolerances.

Must have a good driving record and forklift driving experience.

Requires strong hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity with small parts.

Requires experience with Material Handling or Shipping/Receiving as well.

Requires ability to not only sit for long periods of time while performing assembly duties, but also stand for long periods of time to box/move material and parts and lift up to 50 pounds frequently when working in Shipping/Lower Dock.
