Job summary

NABCO Entrances Inc. in Muskego, Wisconsin, is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support the parts department and inter-company transfers, ensuring parts are readily available and accurate data entry in SAP.

You will handle all parts orders, create production orders to fulfill customer needs, direct make-to-order parts to manufacturing, maintain inventories, organize stock, and keep a clean, safe workspace, using Microsoft Office daily. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Some SAP experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience using office technology.
• 1+ years of experience with door industry equipment and repairs preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• HAndles all parts orders and creation of production orders needed to fulfill customer orders
• Directs make-to-order parts to manufacturing (typically extrusions)
• Creates production orders to have top assemblies available for immediate picking
• Maintain parts and supply inventories by verifying inventory levels
• Organize and maintain parts, supplies and material inventory through proper labeling and storage
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area ensuring workspace and storage areas are free from debris and clutter
