Job summary

Hobart Service is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ohio to handle order picking, packing, and shipment preparation. You will count inventory, log transactions, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires teamwork, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts. Training is provided and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma or GED.
• 0 years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be flexible in working overtime, different shifts and weekends.
• Preference for pursuing post High School education.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick customer and production orders.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Count inventory in locations and record inventory transactions.
• Keep work area orderly and participate in housekeeping duties.
• Support and maintain a safe workplace and observe safety rules.

Summary

This position is responsible for all duties associated with the shipping of orders to customers and performing a wide variety of parts processing operations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as directed by the Team Leader
• Accurately and efficiently pick customer and production orders
• Prepare customer orders for shipment
• Accurately count inventory in locations
• Record inventory transactions into computer system
• Keeps work area in order and readily participates in housekeeping duties
• Supports and maintains a safe workplace, including observing all safety rules
• All other duties as assigned
