Job summary

Butler Machinery Company is seeking a Parts Associate for the Sioux Falls location. You will greet customers, fulfill parts orders for customers and our service department, and keep inventory and warehousing standards accurate while collaborating with teammates.

The role requires being detail-oriented, customer-driven, and adaptable. You will work in a family-owned environment at a company serving multiple states, with opportunities to grow professionally and nationally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in parts sales in a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of agriculture and construction equipment parts preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the day.
• Must work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Procures and fulfills customer and service department orders.
• Organizes stocking and receiving of machinery parts.
• Builds knowledge of product lines and our service standards.
• Maintains inventory data and relationships with service and sales teams.
• Promotes digital platforms and online parts ordering.
