Job summary

Exmark, a Beatrice, Nebraska division of The Toro Company, seeks a warehouse associate for 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:00pm). Pay starts at $22.24 with a $2.00 shift differential ($24.24 total).

Responsibilities include ensuring inventory integrity, moving parts carts, coordinating with cycle counting, and providing lean process improvements. Forklift safety certification is required, with benefits available after the onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly.
• Forklift safety training certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of Inventory Control System.
• Fill carts and prep for delivery in warehouse.
• Coordinate with Cycle Counting organization.
• Manage inventory locations and replacements as needed.
• Work with forklift operators to maintain inventory levels.
• Move station parts carts to appropriate locations.
• Support Assembly/Welding with emergent parts as needed.
• Identify and apply Lean methods to improve processes.
