Job summary

Exmark Manufacturing, a division of The Toro Company, located in Beatrice, Nebraska, is seeking Material Handlers for 1st shift (6:00am - 2:00pm). Starting Pay: $22.24 per hour.

You will maintain inventory, operate a stand-on forklift, load/unload materials, and record part numbers and locations using an onboard computer terminal. Daily inspections, safety compliance, and continuous improvement are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow standard work and procedures.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by identifying and stocking materials and recording locations.
• Operate a stand-on forklift to move parts, finished goods, and deliveries.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Record part numbers, quantities, locations, and/or serial numbers with the onboard terminal.
• Perform visual quality checks on parts to meet standards.
• Use hoists or pallet jack to move heavier parts as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow 5S practices.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Learn multiple product lines and adapt to changes.
