Hunter Truck in Wheeling, WV is hiring a Parts Outside Sales Associate to grow our local parts business. You will visit customers, quote parts, manage orders, and collaborate with service and truck sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years related experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and must meet insurability standards.
• ASE or Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers regularly and prospect for new accounts.
• Process parts orders, advise on stock or emergency availability, and inform internal teams.
• Obtain Parts Manager approval for special pricing or unique requests.
• Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with Service/Truck Sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update profiles, and track warranties/credits.
• Attend training seminars and act as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
