Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Specialist at our Katy, TX area location. The role focuses on ordering, tracking, and verifying auto parts for collision repairs, while supporting technicians and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and hands-on parts experience. Knowledge of estimating software and a strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering based on estimates and supplements.
• Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner on parts status.
• Receive and check in parts and mirror match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality within two hours of expected drop-off.
• Return incorrect parts to vendors promptly.
• Drive parts KPIs and communicate optimization needs to the General Manager.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and post invoices daily in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge and keep up on regulations.
• Lead Parts Team and mentor the Parts Assistant if applicable.
