Job summary

Crash Champions, based in Pasadena, TX, is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage order entry, track deliveries, and mirror match delivered parts to repair orders for collision repair jobs.

You will coordinate with Repair Planners, inspect parts on arrival, return incorrect parts, and support technicians with parts knowledge while helping drive parts KPIs. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering based on initial estimates and supplements.
• Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner.
• Receive and check in parts and mirror match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality within two hours of delivery.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor.
• Drive parts KPIs and communicate budget needs to General Manager.
• Coordinate parts invoicing in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge.
