Job summary

Rueter & Zenor Co. seeks a Parts Manager to oversee the parts department, including sales, inventory, marketing, training and achieving Store Manager goals. You will lead staff, manage inventory, forecast needs, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include developing annual sales goals, coordinating with marketing for promotions, conducting physical inventories, and supervising counter staff to drive parts sales growth in a retail setting. Monday–Friday, some evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing parts inventory and profitability.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and maintain proper stock levels.
• Develop yearly sales, revenue and efficiency goals.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional parts activities.
• Conduct annual physical inventory.
• Supervise and train Parts Counter staff.
• Meet regularly with Store leadership to review performance.
