AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance and customer service excellence. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure WOW! service.

Under Store Manager guidance, you’ll mentor staff, control operations, and support commercial accounts to meet goals. You’ll thrive on leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making abilities required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills helpful.
• Experience in automotive retail and sales environments preferred.
• ASE Certification desirable for technical credibility.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales targets and inventory management to exceed goals.
• Supervise, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain WOW! customer service and effective communication with customers and staff.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, shrink control, and compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
