Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Specialist to manage parts ordering, track deliveries, and ensure accurate processing on repair orders at our Novato location.

You will receive and inspect parts, correct deficiencies, and coordinate invoicing while supporting body technicians and maintaining regulatory knowledge. Eligible candidates possess a high school diploma, a valid license, and automotive parts experience.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Mansioni

• Manage and complete all parts ordering based on estimates and supplements.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate status to Repair Planner.
• Receive and mirror match delivered parts to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality within two hours of delivery.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor immediately.
• Drive parts-related KPIs and assist with invoicing.
• Lead the Parts Team when applicable and mentor the Parts Assistant
