American Implement, Inc. seeks a hands-on Parts Manager to lead and optimize a high-performing Parts Department at our Sublette, Kansas dealership. You will drive parts profitability, oversee processes, and mentor department staff to enhance customer satisfaction while managing inventories and expenses.

The role offers a base annual wage of $58-75k, a quarterly incentive, and relocation assistance may be offered based on location. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in Parts Department operations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Experience leading and working cooperatively in a team environment.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Creates annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives.
• Develops and executes Parts Department marketing plan and monitors monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals.
• Conducts a perpetual/annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.
• Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit.
• Maximizes use of all order discount programs.
• Recruits, hires, develops, and retains key talent.

American Implement is seeking an individual to lead, grow and optimize a high-performing parts department by serving as the

Parts Manager

for our dealership in Sublette, Kansas.

Manages parts operations within the dealership to maximize return on investment through optimizing Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, growing profitable parts sales, exercising disciplined expense control, attracting and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging department personnel.

• This is a full-time exempt position
• Base annual wage of $58-75k, depending on experience
• Eligible for quarterly incentive

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ year's experience in Parts Department operations required.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Internet.
• Experience leading and working cooperatively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written).
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching overhead, must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs. without assistance, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, and seeing.
