Stribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere Dealerships selling new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. We also provide parts and service, rental equipment, and training services. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Parts Manager to lead our team.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with technical support
2. Meet and greet the public in a professional manner
3. Effectively lead the team to success
4. Set and meet profitability goals
5. Work closely with Parts and Service personnel to provide an excellent customer experience
6. Become proficient in repair order and parts invoice generation and processing
7. Demonstrate the values of our company and establish positive rapport with our current and prospective customers; build lasting relationships in the community
8. Manage assets such as tools, parts inventory, and equipment
9. Maintain facilities to Stribling Equipment standards
10. Recruit and train additional staff members to accommodate growth
11. Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Hardware, Agriculture, or Construction background, experience, or education such as a Bachelor of Science or Associates Degree in a related field is highly preferred
12. Mechanical or Parts Knowledge in heavy equipment is advantageous
13. Previous experience with John Deere, Wirtgen, Hamm, Vogele and/or Kleemann products is a plus
14. Must be a hands-on leader and team player
15. Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications
16. Must be knowledgeable about the community and local culture to build strong customer relationships
17. Possess technical knowledge with the ability to understand the customer’s product needs
18. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
19. Detail-oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
20. Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
21. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
22. Ability to motivate, lead, and influence team members and staff
23. Able to maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-centric attitude
24. Possess a valid driver's license with a clean MVR
