North Central Utility (NCU) is seeking a Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department in Augusta, MN. This full-time role offers a competitive salary plus performance-based commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage personnel, oversee inventory, drive sales, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes and meet store goals. A high school diploma or GED and strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience leading and managing people.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to professionally communicate with customers.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), technology, and computer proficiency.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

• Manage, train, and motivate route sales, counter, warehouse & delivery personnel.
• Manage team reviews and staff development.
• Schedule and oversee product training for employees and Customers.
