Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department.
• Ensure adequate manpower and supplies are available.
• Resolve issues regarding parts or manpower shortages.
• Manage all parts department functions including sales, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Develop and manage annual departmental budget.
• Monitor progress towards budgeted goals and implement cost controls.
• Review and utilize P&L statements and monitor gross profit levels.
• Assess department performance regarding service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on escalated customer service concerns and ensure resolution.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
