Job summary

Group 1 Hyundai College Park, part of Group 1 Automotive, Inc., is seeking a qualified Parts Manager to lead a high-performing parts department. The role focuses on inventory optimization, pricing accuracy, and excellent service to customers and service departments.

The ideal candidate will oversee department goals, coach staff, and ensure processes meet company standards while maintaining strong relationships with wholesale clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive parts management experience.
• Strong customer service skills to support customers professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Establish departmental goals and drive achievement.
• Recruit, train, motivate, coach, and monitor department staff.
• Oversee stock and inventory accuracy, and pricing updates.
• Source and process OEM wholesale parts orders for body shops and other accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers and ensure safe operations.
