Responsibilities

• Optimize parts department processes to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor annual Parts Department goals and budget.
• Execute Parts Department marketing plans and track results.
• Conduct perpetual/annual physical inventories of all parts.
• Recruit, hire, and develop key department staff.
