Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in Parts Department operations.
• Experience leading others.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of financial principles for Parts operations.
• Ability to interpret internal reports and work extended hours/weekends.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enforces Parts Department processes for customer satisfaction.
• Executes and monitors the marketing plan to meet departmental goals.
• Maintains inventory control with perpetual/physical inventories.
• Maintains monthly parts reports and staff performance reviews.
• Trains Parts staff and supports counter sales personnel.
• Assists with counter sales to support customers.
• Keeps departmental tools and vehicles in good working order.
• Promotes parts and accessories per marketing plan.
• Works to achieve annual department goals and budget.
