Gateway Dealer Network, LLC is seeking a Parts Manager for Bobcat to oversee all operations within the Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on management approach and a commitment to enhancing productivity and customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing stock, training employees, and providing superior customer service. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401K plan. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday.

Formación

• Minimum of three years' successful management experience, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Parts Department operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop employees in the department.
• Conduct quarterly physical inventory of parts.
