EquipmentShare in Alexandria, LA is hiring a Parts Manager to oversee inventory, purchasing, invoicing and quotes for rental equipment. You’ll coordinate with manufacturers and vendors, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth service department collaboration.

The role requires leadership of the parts team, a focus on efficiency, and the ability to grow with a fast-paced, mission-driven company. Overtime is possible with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with budgeting and cost controls in a service or parts context.
• Proficient in Excel and spreadsheets for parts management.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.

• Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicing.
• Obtain and prepare parts quotes.
• Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment.
• Coordinate parts inventory with manufacturers and vendors.
• Verify invoice accuracy.
• Coordinate with Service departments and delivery schedules.
