Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts ordering, verify deliveries, and support repair teams across our growing network. You will mirror match parts to orders, inspect items for damage, and keep accurate records for invoicing and inventory control.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with estimating software. This role offers strong growth within a fast-paced MSO environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering, based on estimates and supplements.
• Monitor deliveries and update the Repair Planner on status.
• Receive and check in parts, mirror match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality within two hours of arrival.
• Return incorrect parts to vendors immediately.
• Drive parts KPIs: monitor margins, credits, inventory and spend.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and post invoices daily in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Lead Parts Team if applicable and mentor the Parts Assistant.
