Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts ordering, deliveries, and verification for collision repair jobs. The role involves inspecting incoming parts and ensuring accurate placement on repair orders, with close collaboration to the Repair Planner and Body Technicians.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret instructions and work orders.
• Experience using estimating software is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and complete all parts ordering based on estimates and supplements.
• Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner.
• Receive, mirror match, and verify parts for repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality within two hours of drop-off.
• Return incorrect parts to the vendor promptly.
• Track parts-related KPIs and communicate with General Manager.
• Coordinate parts invoicing and ensure daily posting in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge.
• Lead Parts Team if applicable, mentoring the Parts Assistant.
