TranSource Truck & Equipment is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Rapid City parts department, representing Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks, and more. The role combines team leadership, inventory management, and business development to drive department performance and reliable service for customers and technicians.

The position requires 3–5 years in parts management with strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, plus experience with inventory systems.

Qualificações

• Three to five years of experience in parts management, inventory control, or a related field; truck or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with inventory management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college education preferred.

• Direct daily parts operations, including purchasing, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Coach and develop employees, establish priorities, and hold the team accountable for results.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and availability while controlling excess stock and costs.

• Manage vendor relationships, including pricing, purchasing terms, and delivery expectations.
• Evaluate department sales, expenses, and inventory performance to identify improvements and grow revenue.

Representing Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Construction Equipment, and additional product lines, we support customers across the trucking, construction, and agriculture industries. This position combines team leadership, inventory management, and business development, with responsibility for department performance and reliable service to customers and technicians.
