Hansel Auto Group is seeking a qualified Parts Manager to lead the entire parts operation, focusing on inventory control, ordering, and daily workflow within our California dealerships. You will drive profitability through smart inventory management and a strong sales strategy, while mentoring a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts management experience, solid leadership, and proficiency with dealership systems (CDK/Paycom a bonus).

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and inventory management processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Hansel Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead one of our parts departments. This role is ideal for a candidate who is organized, customer-focused, and driven to maximize department performance while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Pay Range

The Parts Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $96,000 to $120,000.00.

Pay Defined: The Parts Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base monthly salary of $5859.00. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.
