What you'll do:

1. Ensure availability of correct stock parts for customers.
2. Monitor the flow of work in the Parts Department and intervene as needed to ensure timely completion.
3. Regularly evaluate employee performance in the Parts Department.
4. Follow up with parts customers to ensure satisfaction with service.
5. Monitor and evaluate Parts Department performance metrics.
6. Manage departmental expenses to ensure dealership profitability.
