Ed Voyles is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our dynamic parts department. We’re looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced dealership environment and is ready to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all parts department operations, including inventory control, ordering, and vendor relations

• Support the service and collision departments by ensuring timely availability of parts

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team

• Ensure excellent internal and external customer service

• Maintain accurate records and manage departmental KPIs and performance goals

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure efficiency

• Prior experience in a dealership parts department; leadership experience strongly preferred

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
