Supreme Rice is seeking a Parts Manager in Crowley, LA to oversee ordering, storage, pricing, and distribution of replacement parts and accessories for the facility. The role requires strict GMPs adherence, PPE usage, MSDS knowledge, and safe handling of chemicals.

• Must follow GMPs and Personnel Practices.
• Must understand and explain the use and requirements of PPE.
• Must be able to explain the purpose of MSDS on chemicals used in the facility.
• Must understand proper use and storage of chemicals.
• Forklift certification or eligible for certification training.
• Tracks stock levels, forecasts parts needs, reconciles inventory counts, and minimizes obsolete stock.
• Generates purchase orders, coordinates OEM or aftermarket orders, and performs three-way matches between purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips.
• Negotiates pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers, and handles returns, core exchanges, and credits.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure the right parts are available quickly to minimize repair delays.
• Performs other duties as directed by Supervisor.
• Must fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
