Descrizione del lavoro

Parts Manager – Automotive & PowerSports

At Karl Malone Dealerships, we don’t just sell vehicles and parts — we deliver a world-class ownership experience. Our commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction drives everything we do. We are seeking a driven, detail-focused, and hands-on Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department to the next level.

If you’re passionate about the automotive or powersports industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in running a sharp, profitable operation — this is your opportunity to lead and make an impact.

We’re Looking for Experience & Know-How

This role requires more than just managing parts — we are looking for a true Parts Manager leader with real-world experience and proven know-how.

What that means:

  • You’ve successfully run or contributed to a high-performing parts department
  • You understand inventory, turns, and obsolescence — and how to control them
  • You know how to lead people, hold accountability, and build a strong team culture
  • You’re comfortable with DMS systems (Lightspeed, CDK, or similar) and daily operations
  • You know how to drive profit, not just process orders
  • You can step in immediately, take ownership, and make an impact

If you’re someone who knows the business, not just the job title, this is where you belong.
