Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Napleton Mercedes-Benz of Rochester. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments and verify information against invoices, orders, and records.
• Determine method of shipment using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates.
• Keep bins, aisles, and storage areas clean and labeled.
• Maintain receiving and shipping records and related paperwork.
• Unpack shipments, inspect for damage, record shortages, and communicate with shippers to rectify issues.
• Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications and maintain inventory of shipping materials.
