Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to assist in daily warehouse administration and record keeping. You will coordinate freight with loading/offloading and maintain accurate shipment documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience with shipment documentation and driver coordination.
• Familiarity with DOT/MC numbers is a plus.
• Accurate data entry and records management.

Responsibilities

• Process company and contract drivers and coordinate freight appointments with loading/offloading.
• Capture carrier information, tractor/trailer and DOT/MC numbers, and driver receipts.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for data entry, inventory processing and order confirmation.
• Record and maintain inventory of all warehouse goods and materials.
• Keep records of shipment and receipt documentation.
• Assist in compliance with shipment procedures.
• Fill order forms for goods stored in the warehouse.
• Perform tasks assigned by the office/warehouse lead or manager.
