Job summary

LandMark is recruiting for a Full Time Parts Department role in Smith Center, KS. This position focuses on developing and enforcing departmental processes to satisfy both internal and external customers, while promoting parts and accessories across locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in Parts Department operations.
• Experience leading others.
• Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
• Basic understanding of financial principles relativeto Parts Department operations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, communicates,enforcesandmonitorseffective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Promotes and merchandises parts and accessories in conjunction with other store locations
• Creates annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organizations financial and operational objectives
• Develops and executes Parts Department marketing plan andmonitorsmonthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals
• Maintainsan accurateand effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures
• Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the requiredtime frameto receive maximum credit
• Maximizes use of all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals
• Ensures all department tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order
• Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position
