Atlantic Emergency Solutions seeks an organized Parts Specialist to support technicians and keep the service center running smoothly. The role offers stable hours, Monday–Friday schedule, and a well-structured work environment in Bowling Green, KY.

Responsibilities include administrative duties, inventory control, and processing parts quotes and invoices. A detail-oriented team player with CDK experience and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in an administrative, service, or parts role (prefer dealership or heavy duty)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsabilidades

• Oversee administrative tasks: answering phones, greeting customers, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, processing payments
• Update reports in Salesforce, CDL tracking, credit card reconciliation, reimbursements
• Process payroll for the location by correcting CDK time reports
• Create repair orders and parts quotes/estimates
• Identify parts, create purchase orders, and manage inventory
• Receive, stock, pick, ship, and return items; oversee inventory
• Process invoices/credits in CDK and coordinate with Accounting
• Perform cycle counts per company policies
• Pre-invoice work orders in CDK to ensure accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe parts room
