Job summary

Atlantic Forklift Services in Greer, SC is seeking a dedicated Parts Specialist to quote, order and receive parts for our service technicians and manage returns. You’ll oversee warehouse operations and engage new and existing customers to proactively sell products and parts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory control experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and complete OSHA safety training.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, ordering and receiving parts for service technicians and managing returns.
• Oversees warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and calls on new/existing customers to sell products and parts.
• Provides product support including parts interpretation, quoting, follow-up, pricing and order processing.
