Great Dane is seeking a parts associate to support branch trailer parts sales, inventory control, and service coordination. The role involves assisting customers in person and by phone, ordering parts, posting to service orders, and helping with cycle counts.

You will drive company vehicles as needed and collaborate with service teams to ensure accurate parts delivery. Ideal candidates have strong customer-service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate parts and accessory sales to branch customers by phone and in person.
• Order parts, post to service orders, pull customer orders, and assist with cycle counts.
• Read job orders and document parts ordering and delivery per standards.
• Safely drive company vehicles as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with customers and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
