Job summary

You will drive company vehicles as needed and collaborate with service teams to ensure accurate parts delivery. Ideal candidates have strong customer-service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Initiate parts and accessory sales to branch customers by phone and in person.
• Order parts, post to service orders, pull customer orders, and assist with cycle counts.
• Read job orders and document parts ordering and delivery per standards.
• Safely drive company vehicles as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with customers and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
