Job summary

MANCON, LLC is seeking a Parts Specialist I to provide counter service to VDOT employees, assist with inventory control, data entry, and customer service. The role may involve driving a MANCON vehicle to pick up parts and supporting data entry for invoices and vendor documents.

The position requires a valid driver’s license with two years of driving experience, availability for 24-hour emergency operations, and forklift certification may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto parts or heavy-duty truck parts preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience.
• 24-hour availability during emergency and/or critical operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service.
• Assist with inventory control and weekly cycle counts.
• Data entry in the inventory system and processing vendor invoices.
• Follow policies and SOPs, and assist with research projects as needed.
• Travel to locations to pick up parts and drive MANCON vehicle as required.
