Responsibilities

• Accurately maintains inventory control of all parts in the system.
• Orders parts as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Inspect all parts for damage when delivered to the shop.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor and obtain correct parts promptly.
• Ensure tools and equipment are operating correctly.
• Answer customer questions regarding their vehicle.
• Maintain a cost projection spreadsheet and coordinate with other departments.
• Establish relationships with vendors and communicate status and delivery.
