Global Compression Services LLC is seeking a Parts Rep responsible for all stock parts and repair orders. Maintain inventory and order parts promptly with cost awareness.

Responsibilities include logging repairs, locating parts, administering repair jobs, pricing/closing jobs, and assisting customers by phone, email, or in person. Some shipping/receiving and weekend on-call duties apply.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year parts, warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, self-directed and a team player.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Log repairs in service logs and billing entries.
• Locate and pull parts for stock orders and shop repairs.
• Administer shop repair jobs and parts requirements; price and close jobs.
• Assist customers with part orders by phone, email, or in person.
• Handle shipping and receiving and daily warehouse duties.
