Responsibilities

• Log all repairs in service logs and billing entries.
• Locate and pull parts for stock orders and shop repairs.
• Administer shop repair jobs and parts requirements.
• Price and close shop repair jobs.
• Assist customers with part orders by phone, email and in person.
• Handle shipping and receiving.
• Daily warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Weekend and after-hours parts call out.
• Maintain warranty and factory repairs with vendors.
• Additional duties assigned by manager.
