Geneva Rock Products, Inc. is seeking a Parts Clerk to manage inventory, orders, and vendor coordination for the Equipment & Facilities division. You will ensure timely availability for maintenance tasks while supporting mechanics and drivers at the parts counter.

The role requires strong inventory control, purchasing knowledge, and forklift/audit readiness. A safety-focused, detail-oriented team player will thrive in this environment at our Utah locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory management or purchasing preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus; willingness to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics and drivers at the parts counter and ensure supplies are available.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, track items, and coordinate across locations.
• Purchase inventory, parts, and tools; record receipts in ERP.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify parts; manage core returns and credits.
• Keep the parts room clean, labeled, and well organized.
• Generate inventory reports and assist with administrative tasks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
