Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or parts/warehouse environment.
• Ability to manage inventory and track parts orders.
• Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication and coordination with teammates and customers.

Responsabilités

• Order parts from vendors and track arrival times.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Use DMS to manage inventory records and parts information.
• Acknowledge customers at the counter and upsell related items.
• Enter sales orders promptly and monitor backorders and credits.
