Job summary

Marathon Staffing Group is seeking a Parts Professional to support inventory management, replenishment, product distribution, and customer service across multiple locations to keep operations safe, efficient, and uninterrupted.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in warehouse and industrial environments. Shift is MON - FRI / 6:00AM- 4:30 PM, with occasional weekend duties for mill shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, industrial supply, manufacturing, logistics, parts distribution, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish customer inventory locations, including bolt bins, fastener bins, safety supplies, consumables, and other stocked products.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to prevent shortages.
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute incoming products and materials.
• Pull and stage inventory to support customer requests and operational needs.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Deliver products and materials to customer locations as needed.
• Build positive relationships with customer personnel and provide day-to-day support.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional inventory storage areas.
• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory projects, and special customer requests.
• Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations.
