Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong computer skills (Word/Excel) and excellent organizational and communication abilities; typing 50 wpm is a plus. This full-time on-site role offers growth within a major US food producer with a focus on food safety and GMPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
• Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in administration or clerical work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy in the inventory system (MP2).
• Enter requisitions and assign cost centers and accounts.
• Issue purchase orders to maintain stock levels.
• Review POs to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Receive and label inbound deliveries; distribute as needed.
• Create new part codes and label barcodes for stock.
