Schneider National in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a Parts Coordinator to be the main expert for inventory management, ensuring accurate quantity, availability, and control of all shop parts. You will coordinate with technicians and the parts team to maintain inventory and support the Shop Manager on performance metrics.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong customer service, and basic math skills, with company benefits and a pay range based on experience.

Qualificações

• Technical degree in inventory management or related field, or a minimum of one year of parts inventory experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with shop leadership, technicians and the parts team to provide accurate and timely parts inventory.
• Participate as a member of the shop leadership team and advise the Shop Manager on inventory performance metrics.
• Ensure shop inventory is maintained in accordance with established guidelines.
• Act as a training back-up and provide off-hours support when necessary.
