Job summary

Schneider in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a Parts Coordinator to lead inventory management and keep parts availability accurate in the shop.

You will coordinate with shop leadership and technicians, maintain inventory guidelines, and support the Shop Manager with performance metrics. This full-time, on-site role follows a Mon-Fri schedule (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.), with competitive starting pay and company-paid training to build strong inventory skills.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in inventory management or related field, or a minimum of one year of parts inventory experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
