Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy and availability at the shop. The role operates on 1st shift (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.), Monday–Friday, in Carlisle, PA.

You will maintain parts stock, coordinate with mechanics and the parts team, and support leadership with inventory metrics and training as needed. The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and reliable vehicle usage to collect parts.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree in inventory management or equivalent experience.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Valid driver's license and DMV standard compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shop leadership, technicians and parts team to provide accurate and timely parts inventory.
• Advise Shop Manager on inventory performance metrics as part of shop leadership team.
• Maintain shop inventory in accordance with established guidelines.
• Provide training back-up and off-hours support when necessary.
• Use a vehicle to pick up parts.
