Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Indiana is seeking an Inventory Stock Associate to maintain accurate inventory, ensure efficient product flow, and keep the store clean and organized. You will receive and post freight, perform cycle counts, stock shelves, and pull orders for drivers and will-call customers.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and strong automotive parts knowledge to identify and source correct items for customers, contributing to satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience stocking, loading or pulling items.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to identify and source parts using part numbers and codes.

Responsibilities

• Pull all orders for delivery drivers and for counter customers, routing products to meet timeframes.
• Receive, post, stock and organize incoming merchandise; maintain accurate shelving and product placement.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and record maintenance.
• Assist customers by phone or in person as needed; support delivery coordination and dispatch.
